Wegrow Secures €7M Series A in worktech, in a round avised by Metrix Partners

Wegrow (a French worktech startup) has secured a €7M round where Metrix Partners has acted as an advisor to the investors. This signals our continued commitment to supporting top funds with excellent due diligence. Wegrow’s experience builds up our worktech acumen, having worked for companies such as Hubble_S or Woffu.

Wegrow, a Paris-based AI-driven software platform, has successfully secured €7 million in a Series A funding round led by Nauta Capital. The funding, which also saw participation from Wille Finance and existing investors such as Shapr Ventures, Scalefund, VU Venture Partners, and she1K, will be instrumental in expanding Wegrow’s capabilities beyond its core functions. The platform aims to extend its AI-driven solutions to finance, supply chain, research and development, and human resources teams, providing a holistic solution for organizations looking to streamline and scale best practices.

Founded by Arnaud Sliwa and Alexis Delaporte, Wegrow addresses a critical issue faced by large corporations—inefficiency caused by the constant reinvention of established practices. According to Harvard Business Review, Fortune 500 companies lose approximately $31 billion annually due to this problem. Wegrow’s platform tackles this challenge by breaking down silos across departments, geographies, and functions, ensuring that proven best practices are shared and reused, thereby saving time and boosting profitability.

Wegrow’s AI technology intelligently matches relevant best practices to the right teams, driving productivity and engagement. The system empowers employees with actionable recommendations tailored to their specific needs, whether they are solving a business problem or seeking ways to achieve key performance goals. This personalized approach, centered around human expertise and collaboration, differentiates Wegrow from other AI-powered tools, which often focus solely on automation. The future looks promising for Wegrow as it continues to empower organizations to eliminate inefficiencies and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing, ultimately driving profitability and growth.
